NorthFrame Windows — AI chat + lead routing
A fictional GTA company replacing windows in occupied condo and rental buildings. The AI chat answers residents in 5 languages (English, French, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Punjabi) and takes building-assessment requests from property managers. n8n scores each request by priority, writes a short summary to Google Sheets and alerts the coordinator in their messenger (Telegram in this demo — any messenger works).
